Thank you for replying about the issue. My question is about the recommendation you said. Is that for ssl hostgator service? I’m a little bit confused because I have not configured any kind of SSL service because that is part of hostgator service.
According hostgator, a workaround to fix this issue would be change the dns in my domain admin to point to hostgator, wait for ssl renewal and after that restore the dns to point to cloudflare. that make sens?
I find those settings work well to ensure that my origin servers successfully renew their certificates every time. If they don’t meet your needs, you could install a longer-lived, free Origin CA certificate from Cloudflare instead. You will need to keep those hostnames proxied since the Cloudflare Origin CA is not trusted by browsers.
