What is the issue you’re encountering
I have my domain, voipsafe.com, hosted on HostGator. When I added it to Cloudflare and pointed it to ali.ns.cloudflare.com and corey.ns.cloudflare.com, my site went down. Another issue is with the DNS voip.voipsafe.com, which I set to an IP address, but when I ping it, it’s resolving to a different IP.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
The action I took was to point it back to HostGator, but I’ll send the screenshots showing the error when it occurred.

Try to access the website
Ping the DNS to check the IP
May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?
proxy, which hides your origin IP address, that way protecting you from attackers.
