Host changed but want to keep Cloudflare

I have recently changed my host. My site was migrated by new host support team. Now i am instructed to change my name server.
But if i changed my nameservers to given by them, will cloudflare works for me??

If you change the nameservers away from Cloudflare, then Cloudflare won’t work. You should instead edit the DNS records on your Cloudflare dashboard to those required by your new host.
