Host cannot access wp-admin - Ray ID

Hi,

My host is trying to access my wordpress website as administrator but gets access denied from Cloudflare. They have a RAY ID: 7178f4864a177d0fv but I cannot find out what it means and so am struggling to fix it.

Can anyone advise where I can find this info? I am on the free plan and the logs do not seem to go into detail.

There’s an activity log on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security which you can filter with that Ray ID to see why they were blocked.
