Horrible customer service with the Pro plan: they refuse to unsubscribe me

I am trying to cancel the renewal of the Pro annual plan and I find that customer service is trying to stop me from canceling it. First of all through the control panel gives error and when you open a ticket asking for the cancellation they ask you all this:

The specific error messages being returned and/or behaviors you are noticing on the Cloudflare Dashboard using incognito mode
A full screen screenshot of the errors you are seeing
Specific step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce on our end - e.g. if this issue / error only occurs with certain clicks on the dashboard
Share a screen recording with the steps you’re taking
The email address of the user account that encountered the issue/error
The Cloudflare Dashboard URL of the page on which you’re encountering the issue, AND a HAR file demonstrating the issue

I think it’s a shame. Please as a customer I have the right to cancel the Pro plan, if what you want is to avoid cancellations your image is being pitiful.

The response that you shared clearly indicates that support is attempting to help you resolve the difficulty you are experiencing with your cancelation. The Community cannot troubleshoot your dashboard issue with you. You need to work with Cloudflare support using your existing request.
