Home page not visible after Error 1000 - DNS points to prohibited IP

Website was down due to conflicting IPs in DNS. It has been resolved, but some customers still unable to see website. Internally we can see internal pages for website (about, contact us, etc), but not home page; however, website works well in mobile devices.

Any clue about a solution?

When that happens, can you ask them to clear browser cache?

It happened around 6 hours ago. I have flush cache in Cloudflare and in website. I can navigate to internal pages, but home does not show.
If I navigate website from mobile phone, it works well. Very, very strange.

Could be a different IP is making a difference and it may be the main page is cached at the ISP. Can you share the name of the domain?

Sure. It is: aurowellness.com

Works for me on desktop and

I get a too many redirects error on mobile.

At the moment, you’re bypassing cloudflare. Look at the dns app and the first two records with the :grey: indicate the bypass. Click edit to proxy that record to :orange:

On the TLS/SSL app you have selected Flexible. Full (strict) is a better option. A quick :search: will exhaust you with details explaining why. Once you enable the DNS proxy, clear cache on mobile and desktop devices, set ssl to full (strict), visit the site and check the error, if any, that you get. It may be that you need a certificate on the origin server to support Full (strict), but you can generate that from your dash.

Thank you very much. The TSL/SSL in full mode made the fix. I have changed to proxy the DNS records, and everything seems to keep working well.

That is unfortunately still not secure, make sure it is Full Strict as @cloonan suggested.
