Home page not loading, DNS issue?

I’m having an issue with the home page of my website fiddlehed.com/home-fiddlehed. This page will not load, and hasn’t been working for a few days.

The host is WPengine. One of the techs thought it might be related to DNS. We copied the site to a staging site and did not see the problem. Because of that test, WPengine thinks it might be a DNS issue.

How can I find this out and solve the problem? Is it even related to the cloudflare service?
