The last solution offered in previous thread was not a valid solution. I have received NO contact/correspondance by this so called ‘trust and security team’. Closing the support tickets and closing the community thread without a valid outcome and NO contact from this alleged team is absolute blasphemy! What are you scared of by releasing my domain back to me? All I am asking is to transfer this domain from the expired tuta.io email account that is inaccessable (being a zero trust encryption service it is unrecoverable) to this email address. The server that I hosted the domain on I still have other domains that can be verified I am the owner of also. I also offered identification and other particulars to NO AVAIL. This is discusting service.
I am requesting that I be contacted by this trust and security team, and that this community ticket NOT be closed until this is resolved. Although YOU and the SUPPORT team might NOT be able to access their system (that is 1 thing), communicating with them internally and requesting them to contact me is ANOTHER ISSUE. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY $2000 JUST TO RECIEVE PROPER SUPPORT FOR THIS ISSUE. IT HAS BEEN A VERY LONG TIME WITHOUT ACCESS THIS IS DISCUSTING AND CRIMINAL!
