What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted WP Engine, they said yesterday that they had on their side two ‘environments’(?) per website (we have 6 sites- one main, and 5 subdomains), both were active, and the sites were down, they removed / cancelled one set, and now the sites are up, but now, we can not see the traffic in the Cloudflare dashboard

As WPEngine uses Cloudflare you need to make sure you are using a proxied CNAME to point to WPEngine (so requests pass through your account first) and not proxied or “DNS only” A/AAAA records (in which case requests will go direct to WPEngine’s Cloudflare account), see here…

Thanks SJR! Looks like thats worked… (ive been. getting contradicting instructions from WPE… depends who I am chatting too on support). Looks like that last change has worked, starting to see the traffic now on here (CF)! Appreciate it!!
