How many records have you added? Are you close to the 3500?

We’re only at 352 at the moment…

We can add CNAME records but not TXT records. I just tried it.

Are they for the same subdomain? I see you have a lot of activeprospect-domain-verification TXT records for your apex domain (@), is it those you are creating?

I’m not sure if there’s a separate limit for the number of records for each subdomain and if so, whether that’s a Cloudflare or RFC limit. Netlify for example limits to 250.

It would make sense there would be some sort of limit there otherwise a DNS response could be huge. Someone may else know.

You’re right, I tried adding a different TXT record that isn’t pointing to the root domain and it worked. That must have been the issue then.
