Hi Members,

Great to be here and seeing all helping as family.

I wanted to ask for advice regarding an error I’m facing while adding a site. Error is

I have checked based on some R&D, tried changing already set CF nameservers, checked in WHOIS if domain active but nothing seems to work if what could be the issue.

At domain registrar it is saying to be active and I changed DNS also but not sure what else to look into

First of all, welcome to the community!

Maybe the system automatically has given possible solutions to your issue. However, after DiGing your domain I found that:

When I run a DiG command using 1.1.1.1, it yields me:

; EDE: 22 (No Reachable Authority): (at delegation himalayatourism.in.)
; EDE: 23 (Network Error): ([2400:cb00:2049:1::a29f:1827]:53 rcode=REFUSED for himalayatourism.in A)

However, with other DNS resolvers, it doesn’t yield me that error.
