Screenshot of the error

A typo in the writing domain name here, should be as from the screenshot calgarywellnessgroup.com.

Domain is not activly using the assigned Cloudflare nameservers at domain registrar:

Name Server: NS31.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS32.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

And I get a different error:

Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )?

You could determine if HTTPS is working okay and if this behaviour of your Website continues even by using a “Pause” option at Cloudflare as follows from below?

  1. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  2. The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
  3. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS without any error
  4. Check with your hosting provider / cPanel AutoSSL / Let’s Encrypt / ACME / Certbot and manually click to renew it
  5. Only then, when your website responds over HTTPS, you should un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).

The website was made on Highlevel. I didn’t even know it was hosted through Cloudflare. I don’t have a Cloudflare account I have a Highlevel account and they host it through Cloudflare. The website hasn’t launched or been active before

This integration might explain why I got the 1001 error as the DNS records are pointed to Cloudflare

May I ask, have you got some interface from them, or dashboard, to manage Cloudflare options such as DNS, security, performance, etc. for your domain name provided from them?

Yes, he previously had a WIX site that was hosted on WIX and the domain is fromGoDaddy, I re-did the site on high-level and am now hosting it through highlevel but got this message and issues when trying to launch the site

No I have nothing to do with Cloudflare that’s why I didn’t even know it was hosted though Cloudflare

Cloudflare I am afraid doesn’t host your Website content, furthermore Cloudflare isn’t an web hosting provider.

Maybe your hosting provider offers Cloudflare features as integrator.

I haven’t used them yet, might have to reach out to their support or any documentation if they have for further help including the search :search: here at Cloudflare Community forums.

Since your domain is directly pointing to your origin server (Cloudflare IP), I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance.

This service, HighLevel, would appear to use Cloudflare to provide its functionality. Please, review the configuration requirements for their service to ensure that it is correct to get it working.

Contact that service provider to resolve issue as they manage the settings for custom hostnames, including your domain name, configured for their services.

ok thanks
