Extremely high ping and packet loss to Cloudflare Mumbai co-location on Jio
On Reliance Jio networks, whether it is 4G, 5G or their FTTH connection. Ping to Cloudflare Mumbai server is extremely high (400-800ms) and there is packet loss as well.
It is too slow to open Cloudflare’s own website on Jio at the moment and all the websites which are routing us through Mumbai co-location, including Discord.
Any idea why it is happening? On complaining about it, I am getting their typical response which is that Cloudflare is the one having issues, even though I told them that there is no issue on other networks.
So, was there any recent changes on Cloudflare? I don’t really know what’s wrong and don’t know how long it will take for it to fix, but would be great to know if anybody here got any idea about it.
P. S. No issues on other co-locations.
