High Ping and timeouts to 1.1.1.1

i just encountered bad internet performance, so i was checking whats up.
First this:

(0% Verlust),

Minimum = 25ms, Maximum = 57ms, Mittelwert = 31ms

So I have a pretty good connection to 8.8.8.8 and a pretty bad connection to 1.1.1.1

Discovered the issue about 1 hour ago, but did not look into this before that deep.
