High Packet Loss, cause problems with the site

Hello,The network with several nodes in Taiwan today seems to be abnormal. I have used different ISPs to connect, and similar situations have occurred.
E.g:104.21.54.71 or 172.70.120.4 It was fine yesterday. I’m a new user and can only enter four lines, so I can’t provide a more detailed tracert, please forgive me.
I would like to seek your help, thank you very much.
