High latency issues from Argentina to Argentina ips

I have the free plan, and I am having high latency to my server that is hosted in Argentina from Argentina connections.

However, the latency from connections from other countries (Europe and USA) are very low.

Is there a problem with the service to servers in Argentina, for local access?
