Hi,

the latency from germany to 1.0.0.1 and 1.1.1.1 is terrible high…

Seems to be an issue within the Level3 Network or with the peering between DTAG and Level3.

I ran a traceroute through our network (direct peering with Level3) with 15ms to the last hop before 1.1.1.1 in your trace, from Frankfurt.
