Starting from about One week ago, every time between 8-12 pm Beijing time, R2’s uploads would experience high latency, slow upload speed, and even timeouts.
At its worst, it affected our entire product line to the point where they could not function normally. This situation occurs almost daily and has never happened before. We kindly ask Cloudflare to investigate and resolve this issue.
We are paid subscription users.

We are experiencing the same, we have R2 paid storage plan, but we are not able to create any support ticket,
Can you please let us know how we can raise a ticket, so that Cloudflare team can check/resolve this.
