What is the issue you’re encountering

Hi my boss wants the Ipv6 setting to be turned off and on again so cloudflare says the setting was changed today and not 5 years ago but as we are using ipv6 the setting is grayed out and won’t let me turn it off and on again, what do I do?

Why would you want to do that? The last changed date does not impact anything.
