Help with Upgrading. Tried to upgrade 3 times yesterday from Pro to Business…
Each time it said it was successful, however my plan hasn’t changed and my card wasn’t charged.
So either, we are waiting for some type of manual approval or the upgrade is not working.
I want to upgrade to the monthly BUSINESS plan so we can access chat support.
Please Let me know how we can make this upgrade happen.
