Hello… I already read those instructions but the procedure shown there is not working for me. I clearly see two wrong behaviors when try to edit/cancel the subscription:
Click on EDIT link on subscription is not working
Click on PRO PLAN link is sending to a Page not found page.

@jamesreacher602 Hi, I understand but that is exactly (one of many) problems I have with the account. Let me explain issues I have following up the ticket 01327474 (all all of them)
I did post the ticket and even that I get no email notification about events on it (did check email rules, spam etc.)
When I check “My cases” page on support I did not get the ticket listed (see attached image), so I cannot check the ticket.
If I click on the link provided in the email confirmation for the ticket I get to the ticket page but keeps loading for ever (see attached image)
So, it’s not only my cancellation problem… the impossible mision to access the support is added to the tragedy. That is why I have to follow up the support because this case is the only one I get response.
Please, I really appreciate someone to take care of it.
