Help with SPF

Hello, I have been having issues with my emails not getting delivered due to me being “blocked” or security issues.
I spoke to GoDaddy and they told me that I need to contact you guys and say that I need to change our SPF record back to default settings and to have our account updated.

Godaddy can and should give you the info you need. Specifically, you should ask for the correct SPF record that should exist for your domain. This is only something GoDaddy themselves can give you.
