Help with expire link from trust & safety cloudflare team to avoid downgrade paid plan

this is the message i got
but it is expire so i can not verify my self
i reply this email and i contaced them from ticket but i did not recieve anything
please help me because my services may downgrade

The issue you have is beyond what the Community can assist you with.
