Hi there, I received yesterday a Error 1020, and after further research, it says I have done something wrong regarding the firewall. I do know a little bit about firewalls on a automobile…but computer world, not so much. I’ve sent an email to support for cloudflare but they refuse to respond. It also says I need to get intouch with the website owner. How do I do this when I’m denied access? Could someone please give me some information on this. Thank you

The firewall protects the site from unwanted traffic, much like in an auto the firewall protects from unwanted heat. But, this ones programmable with a lot of different settings. And, you’ve run afoul of a firewall rule the site owner has set up. The site can block for any number of reason, that’s up to them and not something this Community nor cloudflare can do anything about.
