Sorry in advance, I’m completely new to this. I’m trying to use Cloudflare to run my DDNS, and I accidentally deleted some of the DNS records, like the record for “www” and my root domain name. I’m pretty sure these were set up by default when I first verified the domain name in my dashboard. How do I get the correct records back?

You can see recent changes in the audit log of your account. I would start there. If that doesn’t have what you need you will have to consult with your web host.
