Help with Changing DNS Direction to CloudFlare's Nameservers for .IS TLDs

I’m unable to change the DNS direction to Cloudflare’s nameservers in my NameCheap account. I’ve spoken with NameCheap and apparently this is due to .IS specific requirements.

.IS Registry has special technical requirements for .IS domains nameservers:

At least two different nameservers must be specified and the hosts must not resolve to the same IP address.
The DNS zone should be presetup.
NS records should have TTL 86400 (24 hours) or more for a domain to be pointed to them.

The NameCheap representative I spoke to mentioned “please contact Cloudflare in order to get other set of nameservers or ask them to update current ones so that they meet the requirements. You may provide them with this link ISNIC Registry: Check domain setup

I’ve looked elsewhere on Cloudflare info but I haven’t been able to find the information to do this myself. Is this something I can do or is possible at all? (Or if this question has been addressed elsewhere, please let me know!)

When that happens, you need to ask Cloudflare Support to force those two name servers to respond to queries before your domain is active here.

To contact Cloudflare Customer Support, login & go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?account=support and select get more help. If you receive an automatic response that does not help you, please reply and indicate you need more help.

Thank you, I appreciate the response. I’ve reached out to them and I’ll see if they’re able to perform that change!
