Help with setting up certs. I have questions about if I need email certificates or ssl/tls certs for securing my data. Please help thanks

Cloudflare can’t install email certificates, as Cloudflare does not proxy email connections. You’ll have to do that at your mail host.
As for website certs, your web host should also have that already set up for you.

As I said, you have to ask your host: the place you pay to host your domain.

Ok thank you. I guess I’m really confused please clarify host domain I just have internet and want to be safe and secure. I’m trying to learn and do the right thing.

Cloudflare is for domain owners, not for end users. If you’re only trying to secure personal information and communications, you may have to Google that.
