I transferred my domain to Cloudflare and noticed that when transferred it came with my old registrar’s privacy info (redacted info, their generic email) and tried to change it as I was told to. It then said it needed to email [email protected] to get verification and when they didn’t respond resulting in my domain being suspended. Help!
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Contacted Cloudflare support on the 17th November - not had a response yet.
Contacted Nominet - Told to contact Cloudflare (I put the full email in the ticket)
Registrar issues requre a Registrar ticket with Support
Is anyone able to help with this? It’s been over a month since I’ve had a reply from support which is feeling a bit much, very much wanting to get this resolved!
Messaging here again since I got a reply on the ticket last time I put one on, the ticket has just been randomly closed after I’ve been explaining the issue I have, is anyone able to help with this? I’ve now been billed for a domain that you’ve suspended with no help at all, this is getting to be a bit of a pain now as I’ve had the ticket open since 17th November. Case number is 01275419. Thanks.
