What is the issue you’re encountering
I transferred my domain to Cloudflare and noticed that when transferred it came with my old registrar’s privacy info (redacted info, their generic email) and tried to change it as I was told to. It then said it needed to email [email protected] to get verification and when they didn’t respond resulting in my domain being suspended. Help!
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- Contacted Cloudflare support on the 17th November - not had a response yet.
- Contacted Nominet - Told to contact Cloudflare (I put the full email in the ticket)
