What is the issue you’re encountering

I transferred my domain to Cloudflare and noticed that when transferred it came with my old registrar’s privacy info (redacted info, their generic email) and tried to change it as I was told to. It then said it needed to email [email protected] to get verification and when they didn’t respond resulting in my domain being suspended. Help!

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Contacted Cloudflare support on the 17th November - not had a response yet.
  2. Contacted Nominet - Told to contact Cloudflare (I put the full email in the ticket)

Is there any way I can get support with this? I’ve still not heard anything and my domain expires in just over a month, and I can’t renew it!

Is anyone able to help with this? It’s been over a month since I’ve had a reply from support which is feeling a bit much, very much wanting to get this resolved!

Messaging here again since I got a reply on the ticket last time I put one on, the ticket has just been randomly closed after I’ve been explaining the issue I have, is anyone able to help with this? I’ve now been billed for a domain that you’ve suspended with no help at all, this is getting to be a bit of a pain now as I’ve had the ticket open since 17th November. Case number is 01275419. The domain is suspended at you registrar and they responded asking you to reach out to the registrar.
