E-mail obfuscation help text doesn’t escape HTML tags, making it confusing. When checking the DOM tree in web developer tools, I see comments like <!--email_off-->, suggesting this is unintended, as an user wouldn’t see those without going to web dev tools. I believe it was broken with the new dashboard.

I’m using Firefox 65 on Manjaro Linux.
