HELP - Site not loading with https://yourdomain

Hi, we are running into an issue of our site not loading

yourdomain.com - works (it automatically goes to https : // www . yourdomain)
www.yourdomain - works
https : // www . yourdomain - works
but NOT https : // yourdomain

(sorry had to add spaces above as it won’t let me post with more than 2 urls)

Please help and let me know how we can fix it. Thanks!
