help return the site or delete it altogether because it publishes obscene information
the domain expired on Wed 24 Jul 2024 (“paid-till” date)
upon expiration, the nameservers were changed from ns1.hosting.reg.ru|ns2.hosting.reg.ru to ns1.expired.reg.ru|ns2.expired.reg.ru
the domain got deleted (“free-date” date) on Tue, 27 Aug 2024… but it was registered again the same day (probably by someone else)
If you’re not the one who re-registered the domain on the Tue, 27 Aug 2024, then I’m afraid the domain does not belong to you any longer, and the new owner is free to do whatever they like with it, even if you do not approve of their content.
In any case, it’s the organization you used to register the domain that you need to contact if you feel the domain was “stolen” from your account. Cloudflare does not control the domain and cannot delete it. The current owner could stop using Cloudflare and point the domain to any other provider and do whatever they want, and there’s nothing Cloudflare can do to stop that.
