WAF block rules not working on my Shopify store.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to enable the proxy on DNS record but I can’t enable it. I got this error: " Target 23.227.38.65 is not allowed for a proxied record." . I read some post and found that If enable O2O, I can make WAF works on my Shopify store. Thanks

Anyone here? Pls help. I know free plan will have limit in cloudflare features, but I really need this. O2O could be enable in free plan, isn’t it?

I’d suggest you to configure your DNS records at Cloudflare as follows on the link from below to make your Shopify work:

Hi fritex, thank you for your suggestion. I could already set up everything for Shopify DNS on cloudflare and they are working well now. The only problem is that the WAF rules did not working properly cause the DNS not proxied. The solution here is to enable O2O on cloudflare so that I can make Shopify DNS proxied, and the WAF should be worked. That’s all I know.
I would like to contact any Cloudflare supporter here, and pls help me enable O2O on my zone. Thanks in advance.
