What is the issue you’re encountering

I am trying to forward the URL http://ibawhatapi.com/ to WhatsApp Business API, Right now, it’s not forwarding, Please Help

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i already set the forward URL from http://ibawhatapi.com/* to destination URL Bundle Packages 2 | IBA and set status code 302 .
Additionally, http://ibawhatapi.com/ has a subdomain that I do not want to forward. How can I set up the forwarding without affecting the subdomain?

The most common reason that a rule is not working — such as URL forwarding — is that the page rule you created is on a record that is not proxied by Cloudflare in your DNS settings.

The rule will only work for domains/subdomains that have an orange clouded DNS record in your Cloudflare dashboard.

Additionally, http://ibawhatapi.com/ has a subdomain that I do not want to forward. How can I set up the forwarding without affecting the subdomain?

If you want to make sure the rule does not work for a specific subdomain, use the expressions builder to add and hostname does not equal <subdomain>.ibawhatapi.com
