I no longer have access to old phone & laptop and need to create new MFA for new phone device.
I attempted to follow the recovery steps outlined at https://dash.cloudflare.com/two-factor/recovery, I do receive the 6 digit code via email, and verify device fails and move to the “contact support” window https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help but I continue to receive the error message indicating that the email is unrecognized, as shown below:
“We have received your login recovery issue. However, we do not recognize this email as a valid Cloudflare account.
Resubmit your request, but use the email associated with your Cloudflare account.”
I used the same valid email address linked to my Cloudflare account to log in and I received my domain related invoice etc. I’m unsure why Cloudflare system isn’t recognizing it. I tried everything but I keep getting the same message. I had to create a new community account to post this. I email [email protected] and the generic BOT reply was no help. Ticket #3168860, #3168862, #3168865 Someone please help me recover my account.
