I am unable to access the website and dns tools show mx is taken up by someone else
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have removed all records in Plesk DNS and manually set up new records in Cloudflare then exported to Plesk so that Pesk is now showing the same records as Cloudflare. I’m still getting the same error.

Sorry for the above but newcomers are only allowed four links apparently. I put what is below into the text box but still got the same error even for the reply.
