Help Needed - Website Showing Old Data Despite Updates

Hello, Cloudflare community!

I am facing an issue where the updated content on my website is not showing correctly. It displays old data instead. Interestingly, the updated content appears in the Incognito window sometimes, but not consistently. Additionally, the content shows as updated on one of my computers but not on another. This inconsistency is causing concern as it is impacting user experience and leading to users leaving the website. I have ensured that the settings on this website are the same as my other websites where this issue is not occurring.

I have attached a screenshot of the Page rule for your reference. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance.

Cloudflare does not cache HTML, so this probably is a server issue.

Did you already pause Cloudflare and verify that?

I’m currently applying the same settings to all my websites and have not come across any cache-related issues.

Attempting to pause Cloudflare will result in the display of an error message, as it utilizes a Cloudflare SSL certificate.

This message does not suggest an Origin certificate but an issue with your server certificate. You’d need to fix this first, this may be the reason for your issue. Keep Cloudflare paused.

All right, the SSL certificate is actually an Origin certificate (so your browser is misleading here). You can unpause Cloudflare again. SSL should be okay, just make sure encryption is actually enabled on Cloudflare.

Do you have a URL where you have previous content? As mentioned, Cloudflare does not cache HTML, so that should be server related.

The homepage should show all content, so there’s no need for a separate page for previous content.

I always use the same settings on all my websites and have not found any cache issues. This website’s cache is causing a problem.

Then you need to contact your webmaster, as Cloudflare does not manage your website’s cache.
