Help Needed: CNAME Records Not Propagating Despite Correct Configuration

I am currently facing an issue with some of my CNAME records not propagating, even though they appear to be correctly configured. I have attached a screenshot of the DNS settings for reference. The affected records include: si2084226 fun systemeio1._domainkey systemeio2._domainkey All of these records are set to “DNS only,” yet they are not propagating as expected. I’ve already confirmed that they were added successfully, but I’m unsure why they are not working. Could anyone provide insights or advice on how to resolve this issue? I contacted Systeme.io, and they told me that the propagation is not happening on Cloudflare’s end… and advised me to check directly with them.

It looks like you have selected “Flatten all CNAMEs” in the DNS settings in Cloudflare. Change that to “Flatten CNAME at apex only”.

Thanks for your help, I just changed the setting to “Flatten CNAME at apex only”.
I’ll wait a bit to see if that fixes the problem.
