help me, SSL ERROR ;(

I set Cloudflare SSL to flexible, but my chrome browser spewed an ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH error.
So after I set Cloudflare SSL to OFF, I tried to set it using only my certificate, but the same error appeared.
Finally, only my own certificate succeeded in connecting to SSL when I set Cloudflare’s DNS mode to DNS Only.
What should I do to use Cloudflare’s TLS?
Note: CentOS7, Apache2.4
