casaleco.com

I see the nameservers have some history with cloudflare, https://securitytrails.com/domain/casaleco.com/history/ns and those are the same assigned to the account you are using here. I also see the website was added and deleted from the account you are using here multiple times.

At the moment the nameservers do not point to cloudflare

   Name Server: NS1.INTERIMNAMESERVER.COM
   Name Server: NS2.INTERIMNAMESERVER.COM

It looks like the domain renews in January, 1/2023 was the last time your nameservers were seen. I suspect the domain expired and nameservers reverted to the registrar default. If you still own the domain name via network solutions, from whois

Domain Name: CASALECO.COM
   Registry Domain ID: 2849271351_DOMAIN_COM-VRSN
   Registrar WHOIS Server: whois.web.com
   Registrar URL: http://www.networksolutions.com
   Updated Date: 2024-01-24T20:35:14Z
   Creation Date: 2024-01-24T19:33:14Z
   Registry Expiry Date: 2025-01-24T19:33:14Z

You should 1) Add the site to the account you are using here, 2) contact your domain registrar (networksolutions?) and have them remove the two exisiting nameservers and add the two that get assigned to the website once you add it back to the domain you are using here, those will be shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

Your domain isn’t using Cloudflare nameservers and isn’t registered with Cloudflare a a domain registrar. It doesn’t appear to be using Cloudflare. You should be free to point it wherever you like for management.
