I keep getting this message when I try to login.

That error seems pretty straightforward. Did you try resetting your accounts password?

I tried to reset my password, but I never get an email with the reset code.

Check your spam or junk folder for the email! Maybe it got moved there…

I checked and it’s not in either of these folders.
