That domain looks to be registered with Tucows or one of their resellers (Nominet?).
It is presently set to use Cloudflare’s Amit and Serena name servers.
If you are trying to add it to the account that’s asking for the austin and jasmine name servers, you will have to go to your domain registrar and change the name servers from Amit/Serena to Austin/Jasmine.
