Please help me with the following error:

gamingforecast.com returned status code 404.

Configure your [Firewall Rules] to allow the Chrome browser from South Carolina, USA. If the problem persists, contact support.

Your sitr returns a 525 when visiting it so:

And you also have IAUM on so the tool which provides speed comparisons will not work as it doesn’t bypass that (which may or may not be the source of the screenshot error).

thanks sir i have one more question that when i add www. then my website loads fine if i open it without www. it gives 525 error? why is that?

@cs-cf hello sir my site does not work when I type: “https://gamingforecast.com” it only works when i type these:

“https://www.gamingforecast.com”
“http://www.gamingforecast.com”
“www.gamingforecast.com”

please help

Hi @owensingh72, you can redirect that traffic using a page rule. That is talked about in this post, Redirecting non-www to www. Let us know when you have the rule active to get some eyes/browser on it to test.

Hi, this page rules video is a bit dated, but is good nonetheless and will give you an idea of the steps.

Finally, follow these steps and you should be good to go, Redirect example.com to www.example.com.

Hello Sir @cloonan I dont want to redirect gamingforecast.com to www.gamingforecast.com because it is already working I want to redirect “https://gamingforecast.com” to “https://www.gamingforecast.com” so that my site will open I have tried your method nothing worked.

It’s that same tutorial. After you go through those steps, can you include a copy of your page rule screen like what is shown in the tutorial?

That 404 is a different issue and one we’ve seen on that page before. I’ll need to dig in for answers but in the meantime, if you clear cache, logout and log back in, does it have any effect? Will dig deeper in a bit. Sorry for the issue.

Edit - I did a quick check and see the team is aware and working on a fix for the issue. No ETA but I’m monitoring the ticket and will update when I see it.
