Help! iOS Safari is still showing old styling despite Devlopment mode and purging cache!

As the subject.

Firstly, why can’t I get in touch with Cloudflare support? I have an urgent issue with their system I would like them to check… is there no actual support?

I’ve turned on dev mode, and purged cache. I still have to manually frefresh the page for the CSS change I’ve mde to show up. However on iOS Safari, no matter how many times I refresh, it’s still loading an old cached version.

I don’t know what else to do, and this is completely unrealistic to expect EVERY visitor to manually clear their browser cache. Why is this not working properly?

If this is just a community forum, I’m assuming no one can actually look into my account settings and check what’s going on can they?

This isn’t really support then, is it? Can someone please tell me what my best course of action is here? This is an urgent high-profile client issue that needs resolving ASAP.

Assuming you are on an Enterprise plan, I’d simply reach out to your account manager. You should get a way faster response than here.

Hi there, thanks for your response. No we’re using a free account.

Does this mean there are absolutely no support channels available whatsoever?

That is correct. The free plan does not come with support and you have to rely on the community.

Okay, so then how would users on iOS Safari be able to view the changes without clearing cache? Most websites work like this, I Wouldn’t expect any users to have to clear their own cache everytime they visit the site where a change has been made.

Is there a setting I Shoudl change in CF to have it like this?

What do you suggest?
