We use a fraud prevention app and they have just sent us this email, any help would be greatly appriciated
The IP that you see in Shopify is a generic server IP that Cloudflare is sending back to Shopify - which is the IP we are also getting. This IP is not linked to the customer and is skewing the decision on the orders we screen for your account.
This is why it is important to reach out to Cloudflare to ensure that your settings are configured to send the proper end-user IP back to Shopify so that NoFraud can grab the real end-user IP, rather than a generic IP linked to Cloudflare.
