Help! Error 522, Connection timed out

When I use Cloudflare on my website, 522 errors occur intermittently, sometimes normally, and 522 errors occur in advance. I contacted VPS, I can confirm that my server "is not overloaded, nor does it block the CF IP address. How can I solve the intermittent 522 error?
