Help Error 522: connection timed out problem

Help…My website is so slow, en many images are suddenly missing on all of my pages?
I get the 522 message very often and i cant edit pages, blogposts etc anymore. My website is https://raymsfotosite.nl I dont know what to do any more. I tried to download my site with ftp, but it does not download the whole website. Im desparete, i cant seem to find the problem. My hoster ( hostnet.nl) doesnt seem to know the problem. Can anybody help me and tell me wat to do?

Ok, so your HTTP/S requests are timing out (info below). But as for FTP…why doesn’t it download your site? Is it a dynamic data site like WordPress? Is there a reason you’re trying to download your site?
