Help - Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned

Hello,

I have a teachable account with a website associated, and my custom domain has a CNAME record pointed to my Teachable school’s domain in my domain registrar’s settings.

But today, when I want to log in my teachable account, this message appears " Error 1014 - You’ve requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is prohibited by security policy."

I don’t understand what is the problem ?

Can you please help me ?

Try setting that CNAME record here to :grey: instead of :orange:.

According to the below article, it should work when set to :orange:, but maybe something has changed.
