HELP - Can't Access to my Account and my site is down!

Good morning, I no longer remember my account and related email associated with Cloudflare… I attempted any recovery by indicating the domain but I have not received any emails in my mailboxes. I tried to create a new account and follow the procedure Move a domain between Cloudflare accounts but I don’t understand the point “Log in to your domain registrar account and update the nameservers to the provided Cloudflare nameservers.” I have no way to access the account where the domain to be transferred is present so I cannot complete the re-configuration of the nameservers… It’s possible? Do I have to have access to email or account?

You cannot change nameservers in a Cloudflare account. This has to be done at the domain registrar. That is the place that you pay your domain registration renewal fee, typically every year.

If you don’t know who your registrar is, you can find it using an online whois search :search:.
