We are using ZohoForms to send specific emails/forms from our website to requested emails. We have found that when testing these emails are going to our junk folder in outlook. I understand this to be a DNS issue and have updated DNS setting to include Mailchimp (which we had a similar issue on). However the text required for ZohoForm is;
