Help! Adding to DNS - ZohoForms


We are using ZohoForms to send specific emails/forms from our website to requested emails. We have found that when testing these emails are going to our junk folder in outlook. I understand this to be a DNS issue and have updated DNS setting to include Mailchimp (which we had a similar issue on). However the text required for ZohoForm is;
k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCr6KMgdxxgg7oT3ulMwPJs9RXgXDrI9UWU118pHEMohl3UbL3Jwp4oxp/9N3thh/3WCJnYV134zbEVolZwqaT3JsFEq/mQ/RpW/JnOZ3rnxqJPurb2bcfJol4SDxiWVObzHX31xnANzFcXnq1/5dMK5QvW4Jh7n0fm4+4ywqiy2QIDAQAB

This was entered has a TXT but we are stilling having the same issue.

As anyone seen this before or have does anyone have any suggestions?
