They established the example.com website. Let’s say the content of this site is a blog, when you type example.com in the browser bar, it directs you to an empty index page. At the same time, when you access it from a desktop device, it redirects you to an empty site. Only when you click on the website in Google rankings, you see the original content of the website. You can use Cloudflare to redirect from e.g. the apex / naked domain example.com to www.example.com.
If you can go to https://example.com, and it shows the blank page, but when going directly to https://www.example.com, it works fine, then it would sound like you’re looking for the redirect?
Can you share the actual domain name, where you have this issue?
